Get travel insurance from your country. Usually better and cheaper than Thai insurance and you can purchase the length of stay you need.

You get away with any duration for Thailand Pass. Consider to buy travel insurance in your own country. Cheaper and better coverage.

Or if you already have health insurance in Thailand you can use the certificate from your ongoing year-round insurance.

any travel insurance with health coverage is ok. No need to mention "covid".

The irony is that for Thailand Pass "covid" no longer needs to be mentioned in the policy (see capture from TP FAQ), but the cheapest Thai insurance is only for Covid and just a token insurance.
