No border runs for OA. O for marriage, yes can be retired with that (or even work) but different requirements from OA, including being legally registered marriage in TH

Non OA is for retirement. Of course you cannot work with that visa class.

You must first secure a job offer with an employer which is eligible to offer positions to foreigners. Then you will need to get a Non-B (business) or Non-O (family) visa and following that a Work Permit based on that.

I compared those 2 sites (IATA and CanIFly) and they give conflicting information for a number of countries I viewed. No wonder people are confused.
