We had to show the wife’s bank account during the application process. I think it had to have 60,000 baht. That’s it.

I got a 90 day. Entered Thailand and then did the extension.

I renewed my extension 15 February. I don’t depart for the states until 3 May. I got my re-entry permit then so I don’t have to make another trip. The expiration date of the re-entry permit (single) matches the expiration date of your extension/visa

For me I established a mailing address in the states. It’s a mail forwarding service. I rarely have anything sent here but for things like a credit/debit card I have. They also have the option to scan mail. So if I don’t know what it is they scan it. If I need it (cards) they forward it. If not I tell them to shred it. It works perfect for me.

I’ve been told some companies will use a Thai address but I cannot confirm that.

Soi Pattaya. There is a pharmacy directly across from the VFW Bar. A friend of mine got some there.

He gets it every time he comes here. First time he asked for it they said they don’t have it. He told them he got it there before. Miraculously, then it was available.

if it was me, I would once I exit. Just to avoid any possible confusion on their part when you get back. Maybe someone smarter than me will give you a reason not to but I cannot imagine what that would be.

My understanding is Non O is Non O. Switching is easy as long as you qualify. I just switched from marriage to over 50 (retirement). Both Non O. No questions asked. Very easy.

As far as 90 day you don’t need an appointment.

Only issue with report and extension on the same day is 90 day is at MTT and depending on the visa type extensions are generally in CW.

Hello Jeab, I think the problem now is no one can really tell. They are already talking about changing the rules next month. Who knows what’s happening in June.
