How long does it take to receive approval for a Thai pass application?

I did 2 separate Thailand passes in the space of 2 weeks because I traveled to Thailand twice. Both times, same photos of qr codes, same insurance, same SHA hotel…

First time took 1 hour, second time took 2 days. I think it’s complete random to be honest.

Can I recommend you at least watch the YouTube chanel Thailand bound. At least give yourself a heads up to what may lay in wait. It’s an amazing country and you will love it but, just like anywhere, dangers lurk. Enjoy your retirement and keep control…

Should I add my child to my Thailand Pass application or submit a separate application for them?

You add them to your pass application. The option is on one of the pages, I forget exactly which page. Passport page I think.

once when I renewed my visa, I had my rental contract and was sent ti the TM30 office to get the paper TM30 slip myself. If this an old rule and cannot be done anymore? Was at Chiang Mai immigration.
