what if you have a one year leased condo in thailand that you use for a home base and travel to other ASEAN countries before the 90 days are up? each time you come back to thailand, you need to do a TM47?

do you mean staying overstaying the 60-day per entry limit during the duration of the 6-month visa? i was planning on doing at least 1 week trips around SE asia so as not to overstay the 60 day limits.
