Thanks Tod. Apparently this is the first time this company has had to go through this process as they recieved the contract for schools in this province. It seems to me a lack of experience from my employers rather than the government side.

Hey Helmut. Your post seems pretty clear to me. Would it not be safer to go to KL as it has already been processed and paid?

And, as it is already done, you could do a same day trip? Because visa collections are done in the afternoon, you could take an early flight and come back that evening? Good luck 🤞
