Working on retiring to Thailand next year. A couple of questions

1 - Showing income requirements for renewal every year, can I use an income letter from Irish Embassy and therefore escape having to use Thai banking system with all its issues.

2 - do I still have to have Health insurance as I will be showing funds larger than the 800k baht needed.

Hello again folks, thanks a million for your help with my retirement visa question. Immigration say I need a stamped income letter from my embassy instead of the bank statements but my statements show more than the required income each month... is this usual now?

Hi everybody I had to take a mental break from this grp so maybe my question was answered already.

I have an extension letter from my embassy (Irish).

I'm sure I'll need more than this. I remember reading I need to draw a map and take passport photos and 1900 squid but what else will I need?

Thanks.
