Hi, I'm asking for a friend that is not in this group. She has taken the 2 vaccination in Thailand in June 2021 , after 1 month she left Thailand, with a Thai Certificate of vaccination without QRcode. She would like to reenter in Thailand from an European country that are on the approved list of Country for "test&go program". She can ask the "Thai pass" with the Vaccine document without QRcode ? In case yes is better to apply the "thai pass" more then 2 week before the departure ? Thanks for support.

Has anyone left Thailand recently for an international flight. Are there any requirements for the Thai government (Fit to Fly, etc,) not for the airlines or the destination? Couldn't find on Thai consulate sites or others.
