I understand US does not do the monthly income verification any longer. If I want to retire there with the monthly income method, what verification is good for Thailand government for retirement visa? TIA

I am confused about the "mixed" option on retirement visa. Regarding on monthly income plus bank deposit.

If I apply Non-O from my country, it gives me 90 days, right?

Then I can extend that for 1 year?

How can I show monthly income, for 12 months, when I have only been in country for 2 months, when applying for extension?

Also, when renewing the non-o, how do they count the monthly income, transferred to thai bank account?

Is it summed up yearly, no matter about the monthly amount?

As far as I understand, it should be counted as yearly income, combined with the amount deposited in bank account.

Have I understood even closely correctly?

Hi. Can anyone recommend how best to present the minimum 65k monthly income option (with all the required bank records I have showing a regular deposit from overseas each month above the 65k) to the immigration dept, rather than having to rely on the 800k option. Is there an easy solution for getting them to understand what I am trying to achieve without them suggesting that I need some kind of letter from the UK embassy, which isn’t going to happen. Thanks.

What evidence of monthly income is acceptable when applying for a marriage visa. I cannot meet the 400k deposit but can comfortably meet the 40k monthly income. I was told by one of the immigration volunteers confirmation of income from the embassy was advised. I find that my embassy, UK, stopped providing such in 2019.

My income is from state and occupational pensions.

My extension of stay for my non imm O is due in January. The money requirement in my case is met by monthly income in excess of 65k. The Jomtien immigration told me I needed my statements and a letter from my bank showing my monthly income from abroad and that all banks know this. I thought I would pop into my SCB branch to make sure they did know. They didn't and I spent 2 hours trying to explain what immigration needed. They hadn't come across it before. I now like to think that when I do need the 12 month statements in December there will be no hiccups! I would strongly advise that those that go down the monthly income route, touch base with their bank long before they need any kind of letter/proof to show monthly income from abroad.

Advice needed regarding how monthly income is ascertained. As I apply for my Extension of Stay renewal at the end of January 2020, I can show 12 monthly deposits of > 65,000 (rather than the onerous “seasoned” money).

Would mean my first monthly income deposit could be on the 1st February 2018 this year, so that there are 12 deposits prior to applying for a visa, even though I have no deposit in January 2019?
