Do you have to book an appointment for the Thai embassy in Hanoi? Can’t find the place to book online? I’m going for a non-im b visa

Question to extention for family visit and this followed by extention based on marriage. Start from Amnesty with METV 60day entry in March until now.

I searched this forum and the immigration website and if I understand correct it works like this. But still have some question in details. See below.

A) Have no valid Visa or Stamp in passport -> Amnesty since 10 of May

B) will apply for extention based on family visit for 60days -> Valid stamp start from 27th Sept (?) (is it the NON-IM stamp?)

Requirements:

# proof of marriage

# passport

# marriage certificat

# ID Card of wife

# houshold registration

What is this houshold registration?

House rental contract maybe?

C) With stamp (B) from extention based on family visit it is possible to apply for extention based on married to Thai.

Requirements:

# alien must have been granted a non-immigrant visa (NON-IM).

--> is this the stamp from (B) ?

# passport

# proof of releationship and marriage

# 40,000THB monthly or

# 400,000THB

--> Is it possible to use any embassy certificate as a proof of income and if yes, how should this look like?

Because on immigration website it sounds for me only Thai Bank account can be used for proof of funds. But here I did read, it is possible to use an "affidavit of income from abroad".

Problem is I do not have and get a Bankaccount here in Thailand. Tried several branches but all end up wiht, sorry no Visa, no workpermit,... (but will try further). Maybe easier with the 60day family visit stamp, but then there is the 2month inside the account problem.

Looks like I am getting knicked for notification of stay. Came in Aug 1st and I have on the form in my passport Oct and Jan 23. Am I looking to pay a fine since I have not reported yet? Also, I have been staying at an air bnb . Anyone have any advice on this?
