is it ok to book airbnb and put the adress into the dtv application and select private instead hotel, in case they ask for booking later? are they ok with airbnb?

Good morning, I have made posts regarding over 50 retirement visa and my wanting to see Thailand without a lease. It appears there are requirements like a TM30 with lease min 6 mo to 1 year to apply. So….

If I get a year super cheap lease for a year can I use it as my home base and travel freely doing month to month or less using Airbnb once my 1 year extension is approved, then repeat the next year?
