I am planning to move to Bangkok Thailand and open a BOI certified Software company.

I am currently looking for an accountant office which is affordable and able to handle all necessary accounting and paper work for BOI.

My company will be quite small with just 3-4 employees and just a few transactions per month.

I have the feeling, that many accountant offices are overpriced. Does anyone have a recommendation in Bangkok?

Hello everyone,

I am on a non-o volunteer visa with a foundation. My income for this is coming from Germany. And as I am working in Thailand, Germany does not require me to pay taxes. However, for my work permit renewal next year I need to show prove of tax payment. Therefore I was thinking I might pay taxes here in Thailand. Does anybody have any information on this? Or possibly an accounting/tax consultant office that knows about more complex processes such is mine?

(I know this isn't purely visa related, but part of the services are B visas and work permits)

I had a firm for company registration recommended to me by name but now I can't find any info on it when I do a web search.

Supposedly it's called "Veritas" in the Trendy building. It does business registration services as well as accounting.

Has anyone heard of it? Can I get a link to their website?
