Two questions

(1) is the 60 visa exempt no longer operating ? From Australia

(2) also I rang the consulate in Canberra and was told I now can’t get a 12 month multi entry visa but now need a 3 month visa and apply for an extension, is this correct ??

I have a Thai wife and we travel frequently between the two countries, however now things appear to have changed. Totally confused 😩
