Elite visa and a previous bankruptcy?

On the application for an elite visa, it says you can not apply if Bankrupt but doesn`t give an indication if it`s ever been bankrupt, recently bankrupt or otherwise..

I was discharged twelve years ago.

Does anybody know?

Does anyone know what is happening with Thai airways? I see that there was some kind of court action due to be conducted on 17th August. Friends had previously booked flights and seem unable to get a refund.
