TLDR : Answer Summary
At Suvarnabhumi Airport, there are indeed duty-free shops located after passport control in the baggage claim area, although they are smaller than those found before immigration. These shops primarily sell alcohol, beauty products, and cigarettes. There are also retail options on either side of the immigration entrance.

Seems our friend David has left the scene. Attacks people then can't take the flak that is thrown back at him. Weak as piss.

There are half a dozen duty free shops in the baggage claim area, though they're smaller than the ones before immigration, and MUCH smaller than the ones in the departure area - they basically just sell alcohol and some beauty products.
There is a King power shop around carousel 13. Not sure if the prices are duty free. If not there are shops either side of the immigration entrance, alcohol/cigarettes and perfume.
yes that is the second duty free facility at duty free prices the only difference is that it is smaller and do not carry the full range

Duty free is before passport control. You can't duty free once you've already entered the country. The only thing after passport control is baggage claim and customs.

Definitely a duty free in baggage reclaim. Used it 3 hours ago
Wrong. There is a duty free shop in the middle of the baggage carousels. Used it many a time when I was too drunk to remember to grab some bottle in Dubai.
