I am only transiting Bangkok on my return from Ireland to Australia. Travel will be on 20 April, in transit for only 4 hours. Is it necessary to have the covid travel insurance or is this only if you are entering Thailand. Do I have to do a Thailand Pass? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi, Early stages of application for non O based on retirement from UK aged 54.

I plan on buying single flight, not return. Is this possible or do I need a return flight and to put departure date in?

Not sure of intended arrival date yet (but early Jan 2022 hopefully) and have no plans to leave Thailand when I get there. Can I put an arrival date of say the 10th Jan but turn up on 15th?

Also, I'm retiring. On the form it asks for salary details (working notice now but technically I'm still employed until mid April but hope work will let me go early), do I put current salary down or future pension which I can claim in June 2022 when I'm 55?

I'm starting application using savings in UK bank and will open an account in Ubon bank soon after I arrive to season money for extension in 12 months.

Thanks and stay safe
