* Proof of Income and Agreement with my full-time client from Canada
* Proof of Income from my client in Australia
* Payoneer Statement (Payment gateway)
* Remittance Certificate from my bank (showing remittance received over the last year)
During the interview, they asked a lot of questions about my clients, but they were very helpful.
Mistakes Made:
* I mistakenly used a ChatGPT-generated template for my agreement with my Australian client, leaving a placeholder [Enter your client's company address here:] which I forgot to change. They pointed it out during the interview and allowed me to correct it with a laugh.
* I mistakenly submitted 5 months and 27 days of statements instead of the required 6 months. They mentioned they would reopen the statement field for me to re-upload the correct document.
Hello I already applied for the DTV visa and they are requesting more documents and specifically requiring a tax return but I do not have that. Can I use the tax return of my parents who are sponsoring me?
[March 16] Here's the list of documents required for opening a new account using DTV which was given by the bank(TTB). They need a printout of everything mentioned here. I'm yet to do it. Just posting it here as a reference material.
[April 10] I got all my documents ready and within 2 hours I got my bank account.
Steps:
I've seen a lot of posts in this group about how some are able to open and most cannot. Here's the exact steps i followed and the documents needed:
1) You need your remote employment contract signed by you and your employer in ENGLISH. (Mine is from the US)
2) You MUST have a rental agreement for 1 year in your name.
3) TM30 dated not less than 30 days.
4) The House registration document of the owner of your apartment/home
5) [Important] Once you have all these, apply for a Driver's license. This will require a residency certificate too. (I got both of these done through an agent. I got it in 1 day with the express queue. The total cost was 7300 = 3900 [ Residency certificate ] + 2400 [ Existing license in my country converted to Thai license for both car and motorbike] + 1000 [ Express queue ]
Now you have everything ready for the application
[Important]
I applied in TTB, True digital punnawiti. But please know that they only take 3 DTV account applications/day. Since it requires 2 hours for the whole process and they only have 1 English speaking staff
The bank opens at 10.30 AM. And I went there and stood from 9.30 AM. I got everything done by 12.
[ General guideline ]
Don't try to talk loud and be very polite with the staff. They will treat you the same as how you treat them.
I will not be replying to DM's I have already added all the information here. In case of questions, please post as comments. And if it's a valid one, I will answer it there so that there is transparency with others as well.

I want to apply for a Digital Nomad DTV Visa on 26th February at the Vientiane Embassy in Laos. My occupation is Business Owner, so I would like to know which documents I need to provide. I’ve noticed in this group that the embassy sometimes asks for additional documents, like a contract agreement or a work contract (B2B). Could you kindly clarify?
My Experience with the DTV Visa - Applying from India
Hi everyone,
I wanted to share my experience applying for the DTV Visa under the Digital Nomad / Workcation category.
A big thank you to this group! The posts and shared experiences from other members were incredibly helpful.
I applied for the DTV Visa on February 10th from India, selecting the New Delhi embassy. I paid the visa fee of 10,000 THB via bank deposit at a DBS Bank branch.
## Documents Submitted:
* A formal letter on my company’s letterhead, signed and stamped, explaining my work.
* A No Objection Letter (NOC) from the Board of Directors, confirming that my company has no issues with me working remotely.
* My company’s Incorporation Certificate and GST Certificate.
* My personal bank statement for the past three months. (I didn’t maintain a balance of 500,000 THB consistently, but I had around 600,000 THB in my account for the past week.)
* My recent income tax return, showing my annual income.
* For proof of current location, I submitted my national ID and the most recent Indian entry stamp on my passport.
* For accommodation, I booked a "pay at hotel" reservation for 81 days and entered those details.
That’s all I submitted.
I applied yesterday, and today, I received my visa via email!
I submitted all documents today and got within few hours a reply that they need some more details, even if I sent them already, I will submit them again, I am confused about the following:
"**Certificate of entry and exit date From National Immigration Agency"
**Is this the Visa out of Thailand stamp (coming from there) and the Entry stamp of Taipei? ...because I sent a picture already of this from the beginning.
Any idea?
They also requested bank statement, which I all sent to them...
