TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking advice on the necessary documents for applying for a Muay Thai training visa at the Cambodian embassy. They have a bank statement, Muay Thai certificate, long-term residence proof in Thailand, UK and NZ passports, business documents, and health insurance, but are unsure if these are sufficient. Community members suggest including a short introductory letter for the soft power application, providing proof of presence in Cambodia, ensuring only one passport is used for the application, and questioning the need for business-related documents.

Why would you need business documents and proof of income? Isn't that what the soft power is for? You're just going to confuse them

You're either applying for the visa through the soft power (Muay Thai in your case) or the digital nomad option. I don't think you can choose both at the same time and it will most likely just confuse the staff. Also you can't get One Visa on two passports? So why are you bringing both, you need to decide which passport to apply on.

You don't need health insurance.

I don't know about the Cambodian embassies but generally residence documents in Thailand are not required either.

A copy of your passport, Cambodian entry visa, local accommodation and flight details to Thailand.

Would this be the one and when it says local guarantor, do you have any information on this

@James ********
yes but it should be embassy specific. I'm sure this generic form is fine if you can't get the one with location on.

Local guarantor - blank/unnecessary from my experience.

ok great. Yes I’ll just take what have mentioned

Also is there a DTV form. I can’t see my o find anywhere

@James ********
it's just the standard visa application form for whichever particular embassy you're applying. They haven't updated the form to include DTV so they will write it manually. Good luck!

You need photos of yourself

Possibly a short intro letter stating you are applying for the soft power Muai Thai training category. Don't know why you're including business related documents on a soft power application. You'll likely need proof of being in Cambodia such as entry stamp and hotel booking/address.
