What additional documents do I need to provide for my DTV visa application as a remote worker in Hanoi?

Hi all, I am about to issue the DTV as a remote worker (employee) in Hanoi. I made the following documents and I would like to confirm that I did not forget anything:

1. Bank statement (confirming I am the account owner)

2. Bank account balance of over 500K in the last 6 month

3. Payslips from the employer for the last 6 months

4. Employment contract stating that I can work remotely

5. employer letter stating that I can work remotely

What am I forgetting here, beside the visa form, passport copy and address in Vietnam?

Make sure passport photo is very clear no glare. Make sure everything is spelled right and matches the documentation.

Yes, and translated in English.

I saw them turn away someone who had a Bangkok Bank letter head on his document for his proof of funds, but it wasn’t in English!

Hi, I just got my DTV approved in Hanoi. Here are some things I submitted that aren’t your list.

- proof of address in Thailand (I submitted my rental contract)

They also emailed me back asking for proof of business registration, even though I had a letter from employer saying that I can work remotely.

did they ask for it or you just submitted it? it will be impossible to show a rental agreement without having a long term visa in Thailand

Anonymous participant I read somewhere in one of the forums that someone had submitted a rental agreement. Another individual submitted a hotel booking in Thailand as proof of address.

you don't need proof of address if TL, just a "proposed address" to write in your application form.

And yes you need business registration.
