Okay, I still don't have a Thai bank account because always entered on Tourist Visa or Exemption but I will get one as soon as I enter Thailand on my "Retirement Visa", BUT there will never be any 800 000 baht on it unless I win on lottery.

If they allow me to use affidavit from my Embassy, as I understand officer want to see that I have a Thai bank account to aprove my Extension?

Is there any kind of rule about minimum amount on that account or is it as it use to be, up the officer I'm sitting in front of?

I will bring with me latest income declaration that I submitted to the tax authority as well as account statements in my Swedish bank, both in English.

And yes I will visit my Immigration Office so they can give me all requirements.
