Hi, I have a question. I own a one-person company in Poland. What documents might the embassy require from me to obtain a DTV visa? The obvious one is the company registration document, but what other documents might be required? I will be applying for a visa in Poland in Warsaw.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a DTV visa from Poland as a business owner, besides the company registration document, you may need to provide additional documents such as a Letter of Confirmation detailing your remote work permissions, signed and sealed by your company, and possibly financial statements like bank account statements and company profile. Other applicants have also submitted CVs, diplomas, and evidence of previous professional contracts.
