TLDR : Answer Summary
Several community members recommend Duke's Language School for language studies in Bangkok, noting its reputation for serious learners and its ability to assist with student visas. Another option mentioned is ALA Language School, which operates in the same building as Duke's and is noted to be a bit less intense. Both schools are considered capable of helping students secure the necessary visas.

Duke if you are serious about learning.

One person wrote a report a few months back about getting the ED visa at dukes

I attend ALA. Pretty good.. I am happy with them. A little less intense than Duke. They are in the same building on Sukhumvit Soi 13. Both should be able to help with visa.

If I did it all over again, I would have more seriously considered Duke though.

did you have to leave Thailand 🇹🇭 while studying there ? Or they can do visa and extensions within the country?

I got it inside Thailand. It's done on a case by cases basis, so talk to the school. It takes 2 weeks to get approval from MOE, then you still need 2 weeks before your current visa/entry expires.

Imho the pace is too much. The teachers english isnt good enuff to explain proper and so on. I meet some ppl and they have the same problems with what he teachers mean like me. I mean, why to explain something 10 min if you just can tell us the english word.

And they are native english ppl with the same prob.

But for the price its ok and they really care about your visa dates ect.pp. But ey, well known doesnt mean something tbh.

Many people recommended Duke’s language school. Whether they can organise a visa for you I do not know.
