My ED visa school is upping it from 1 class/week to 4/week. Anyone in the same boat?

There was a guy in Chiang Mai teaching reading and writing Thai in a week…I can’t find his offering now. Does anyone have the link or current status?

I answered on a tourist visa. I signed up for language classes but after 5 months I wasn't able to pass the ministry of education test to be granted another extension for education. My school then said I could apply for the covid-19 exemption which I did two weeks ago. I'm 6 months into a 1-year lease where I currently live in Bangkok. I'm worried about not being granted another covid-19 extension. What other options do I have.

I was even thinking about signing up for Muay Thai classes just to get another ED Visa.

Any help would be appreciated.
