Thai Language school suggestions in BKK? (ED visa) Much Thanks

Answer summary

Several Thai language schools in Bangkok provide options for obtaining an ED visa. Recommendations include Duke Language School, Walen School, Chulalongkorn University, ALA Language School, and Sandee Language School, which is noted for being cost-effective. It's important for students to consider whether they genuinely wish to learn the language or are simply seeking a visa. For short-term classes, inquiries about 3-month programs were raised.

the real question IS

does your friend want to actually study thai OR are they just looking for an ed visa to pretend to study and get to stay here?

If all they're looking for is a "visa mill" school, google is your friend.

If you truly want to learn, Duke Language School is the best in Bangkok. If you just want the visa, don't pick Duke for sure. It's a commitment to learn and they are serious.
