Hi All,

I have been in Thailand for 60 days and have 30 day extension. I will be flying to Phnom Penh, Cambodia in the next fortnight with my Thai partner for 3 to 4 days before returning to Thailand.

Any suggestions for accommodation (preferably not too far from the airport) and sightseeing advice. TIA

So those who need to re-enter the country at times to reset the exemption counter (or on multiple entry visas), and combine that with sightseeing in the region. Where would you go?

Hi everyone, my 30 days visa extension is expiring on Jan 19th, so need to leave the country this time. I need to find an easy Thai embassy that would allow me to get a 60 days singe entry visa. Would also like to get the opportunity to sightsee a bit. Can anyone suggest an easy Thai embassy, which is possibly close to a nice and cheap place of interest? I was looking into Cambodia but flights are not cheap from BKK, especially if i want to do BKK - Siem Reap (visit there) Siem Reap - Phnom Penh (visa application). Any other option?
