Are there any hotels with a kitchen available for guest use? One person in our group has dietary restrictions and doesn’t eat out, and we also have a young child who doesn’t eat outside food often. I haven’t been able to find such accommodations through online booking channels, and Airbnb hasn’t been very helpful in this case.

I will be staying 3 days in Bangkok and 3 days in Pattaya.

Would anyone know if you can take out a 12 month lease on a condo if you just have a tourist visa., or they just happy to take your money regardless.

I'm thinking about splitting my time here and in another country six months here and six months in another country ,  is there a good app (beside Airbnb) or website to find month-to-month rentals( in Bangkok?
