My non-O retirement visa expires in early December, wondering if any of the requirements have changed in the last year. Only major change for me is that I'm legally married to a Thai.
One question about requirements for the photos of passport pages - I recently got a re-entry permit and made high quality color scans of the passport pages - the lady at Thai Imm at Central Festival wouldn't accept them, made b&w photocopies instead.
Is that what they want for non O retirement?
1. Passport
2. a copy of data ("picture") page
3. a copy of most recent visa (if you have one)
4. a copy of most recent stamp
5. a copy of departure card (TM6)
6. a copy of the TM30 receipt (TM30 is filed in the immigration office)

8. Proof you meet the financial requirements of 800,000 THB in a Thai bank account seasoned for 2 months along with a letter from the bank.
If renewing the one year extension of stay, the 800,000 THB must be seasoned for two months before applying and three months after the last extension of stay was granted, and for the money not to have been lower then 400,000 THB throughout the calendar year.
9. 1 year bank statements – allow 1 week.
10. Letter from the bank confirming account and balances.
11. Bank Passbook must be updated the day that the visa is applied for.
12. A hand drawn map to your residence. This map is not fancy, and should only show the cross streets, any landmarks and location.
13. 2x passport pictures - Nov 2021 only needed 1.
14. 1,900 THB.
