Facts: I have lived in Thailand for several years. In March, I did an online 90-day report for the first time. I left Thailand for 3 weeks in April. Today I received an automated notice that I have to do a 90-day report by June 16.
Question: can I safely ignore the automated notice, or do I have to submit a 90-day report per the notice, even though I've been back in Thailand for only 1 month?

TLDR : Answer Summary
You do not need to submit a 90-day report by June 16 as indicated in the automated notice. Your 90-day reporting period resets upon re-entry to Thailand after leaving the country. Since you were abroad for three weeks, your next 90-day report will need to be submitted in July at the immigration office in person, as it will be your first report after re-entering Thailand.

Thank you for your response. However, in the past, I've done all of my 90-day reporting (even after taking trips abroad) by mail, and that has always been accepted. Has there been a recent change that I don't know about?
