Therefore need pay fee 2000 baht.

Then i get document where writed when need inform again.

It is sunday when office closed.

I have something on my mind that i read rules when need inform to office.

15 days before or 7 days after reporting.

Today 24 february we went again reporting address and all goes fine.

This copied from Thaiembassy site:

"If you are a foreigner staying in Thailand for a period longer than 90 consecutive days holding a Non-Immigrant Visa or Extension of Stay, you are required by Thai Immigration to report your current address every 90 days. You must file this report within 15 days before, or 7 days after, your 90-day period expires"

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user shares personal experiences about relocating in Thailand and the requirements for reporting their address to immigration. They discuss the confusion between the TM30 notification and the 90-day reporting requirement, clarifying that as a retiree with a NON-O visa, they must report their address every 90 days. The post serves as a guide for expats on how to handle address reporting, emphasizing the need for landlords to report within 24 hours to avoid fines.

Ok i not make myself clear what mean.

First, i not ask nothing, it's information for others if struggling how to do.

Second, i been in Thailand two years.

Before i live other place where condo keeper inform immigration (Samutprakan) and when i have tourist visa i need go visa run to Laos where i get 90 days visa but in border custom stamped only 60 day.

Need inform this new visa also and where live.

Then i find visa office which get for me immigration o one year retirement visa.

Still need inform immigration every 90 days myself when land lord or condo keeper not do.

Fortunately i have picture old address document which is between my passport what they want.

Need fill new document by new address.

Can i write this anymore confusing ?

1. Legally, the property owner has to report that you are staying at a location no later than 24 hours, otherwise you will get fined. I think Samutprakan is hard nose about it.

2. Tourist visas are only valid for 60 days, and not 90 days. Because of this, you do not file a 90 day report (because you can't stay in Thailand more than 90 days).

3. I don't know what new documents you're referring to, since you can't do a 90 day report with a 60 day tourist visa.

4. Did you change your visa from a 60 day tourist visa to a 90 day visa OR get an extension of stay?

you are confusing TWO separate things.

A TM30 <- notification of foreigner in residence needs to be filed at the immigration office (OR online OR by mail) by you or your land lord within 24 hours of you taking up residence. Failure to do that can get you a 2000baht fine.

A 90 day report is ONLY required by people who are on long term extensions of stays from the immigration office (based on education, marriage, employment, retirement, etc) people on tourist visas or visa exempt entries do not do 90 day reporting.

How about you FIRST say what type of visa or extension you're on AND what immigration office you're going to.

Ok, so what's the question? And I'm not sure what you're asking, is this the TM30 or the 90 day report?
