TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires if fixed deposits can be used as proof of funds for obtaining a Thai visa and whether proof of residence is required every 3 or 6 months after receiving the DTV. A comment clarifies that funds must be in an instantly accessible bank account and highlights the need for a 90-day report for those staying in Thailand for 90 consecutive days.
