Not sure if this is the correct site for this question but I'll ask for advice anyway.
Where is the best place to keep your 800k for renewing your retirement visa, is there a particular bank or account that gives you access should you need to dip into it with a good rate of interest or a fixed saving bond without access to it for say 1 year.
I've tried looking at so many options in the past but just wondered if there are any new products come on the market lately 🤔
I'm from New Delhi, India. Have been to Thailand for more than 7 times and I just love Thailand. I want to stay in Thailand for longer and planning to apply for DTV visa. I got money equivalent to much more then the needed money in my account but most of the money is in Fixed deposits. I do stock trading and online teaching. Should I apply for DTV in New Delhi on my own or should I do it through an agency in Thailand ? Will it be okay if I have money in fixed deposits? I would really appreciate if someone could answer my questions.
Hi... regarding 800k in bank account for Non O-A extension... Does it have to be in a transactional account or could I put it into a fixed deposit... I won't be drawing any funds from it and see it as an opportunity to get at least a little bit of interest... Thanks for all the excellent information...
Thai immigration has confirmed it will show some leniency to foreigners with regards to proving income when applying for retirement and marriage extensions.
