I'm currently living in Bangkok on a Non-O, Retirement Visa (800k in bank). I recently changed condo addresses in Bangkok. When the new landlord does my TM30 (for new condo address), will this satisfy all "change of address" requirements for Bangkok Immigration? Do I still need to visit Chaengwattana to file a TM28 or does the new TM30 handle my new change of address? I just didn't know if I needed to do anything else outside of the TM30? Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When you change your address while holding a Non-O Retirement Visa in Bangkok, filing a TM30 with your new landlord is sufficient to meet the immigration requirements for updating your address. There is no need for you to file a TM28; the TM30 will cover everything needed for your address change as confirmed by community feedback.

I'll move into a new house very soon. It's not a condo.
I was already planning to go to the immigration for clarification. Perhaps you might know, What are the documents I need to legally prove my new residency?
you go file a new TM30 and if your office requires it a TM28 change of address, probably need lease, copy of the land lord thai i/d & house book of where you stay. There are over 80 immigration offices, go ask your office what to do once you move.
