About to renew my non o retirement extension and hearing that TM 30 receipt is needed this year. Is this just the white slip of paper clipped into passport confirming my address that I always give them a copy of each year? Or do I have to get some new piece of paper this year?
Basically has anything new been added to the requirements since 1 year ago?
TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 receipt, which confirms your address registration, is required for renewing your non-O retirement extension. While this isn’t a new requirement per se, it may not have been requested consistently in the past, and some immigration offices are now strictly enforcing it. To ensure compliance, it’s best to verify the latest requirements with your local immigration office, especially since practices may vary by location.
