TLDR : Answer Summary
When moving from a condo to a house in Thailand on a Non-O retirement visa, you primarily need to complete the TM30 form, which is a notification of a foreigner residing at a new address. Some offices may also request the TM28 form, which is a change of address form. You can file the TM30 online or in person, and typically, your landlord should assist with filing the TM30 on your behalf. There are no costs associated with filing these forms.

You'll need a TM30 but your landlord *should* do that and provide you a copy

think you still might need the TM30. You won't be in her house book although you should be able to get a yellow house book if officially married. It's easy enough for your wife to do on the spot anyway as long as she has a copy of her house book and thai id

TM30, there is no charges or cost to file or move.

I think you're asking about the TM28 (change of address form) that some offices still require and the TM30 (notification of foreigner in residence)

You can file the TM28 if you need to, but your land lord/property owner or even you as a foreigner, can make a log in and use the online TM30 system

The other choice is to go file a TM30 in person at the immigration office serving the area where you stay.

Here is the link to the online system;
