Hi, my first 90 report is due end September based on TM30 showing rented apartments in BKK.
I bought a villa in Hua Hin and should have the yellow book mid August.
I aim to wait until I have the yellow book then re apply the TM30 showing HH address for the 90 day report.
Am I missing anything for this simple move to make it easy at immigration

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is preparing for their first 90-day report, currently linked to their TM30 for a rented apartment in Bangkok, but plans to move to a newly purchased villa in Hua Hin, awaiting a yellow book. There's discussion about ensuring the report is done in the correct location (where the TM30 is filed), the potential need for a TM28 when relocating between provinces, and advice on possibly completing the 90-day report online before the move to avoid delays with the yellow book.

If you can do the 90 day report online before the move to Hua Hin I would. Getting the yellow book took ages for me personally and caused me some stress. Before anyone says it, I know lots of people seem to get the yellow book with one visit to the Amphur and very little documentation, but for me it involved; the UK Embassy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and translations as well as 3 or 4 trips to the Amphur. I have possibly upset someone at the Amphur by dressing smart and being polite🤷
thank you. Hopefully with the lawyer involved in the transfer it goes a little smoother.
Fall back is I travel back up to BKK and do the first one at my usual government building as I still have the apartment for that month. They like the first one when you return to be in person and then online okay.
