Non O based on retirement issued at Lopburi Immigration and permission to stay based on monthly remittance renewed there multiple times.

I am intending to move to Hua Hin area (although possibly within range of Prachuap KhiriKhan Immigration). Rented accomodation.

I won't be living with family there. What documents do I need to register my presence and update my 90 day renewals with the new Immigration Office?

(My expectation is Rental Agreement plus Yellow House Book plus the landlord providing a TM30, but prepared to be surprised..........)

TLDR : Answer Summary
When moving to Hua Hin from Lopburi while on a Non-O retirement visa, you need to update your immigration details. Essential documents include your Rental Agreement, Yellow House Book, and a TM30 filed by your landlord. Depending on the immigration office's requirements, you might also need to submit a TM28 to officially change your address. It's advisable to file these documents promptly to facilitate smooth 90-day reporting and yearly visa extensions.

When you do move, go with a TM30 filed at your new address to the Hua Hin Immigration office and see if you need to file a TM28 change of address.

Some offices have you file it some don't, BUT between a TM30 and the TM28 (if you need to file it) you'll be able to do your 90 day reporting and then your yearly extensions.

I would say IF you are anywhere close to your next yearly extension just get it up there BEFORE you move, because I have seen "blow back / push back" if you just move, just file a TM30, (TM28 if needed) and then go to apply for a new yearly extension with out of province extensions in your passport even IF you can prove your address in that other province. It just raises flags to them..

Thanks for that, Todd!

Presumeably the TM30 is filled in by the Blue House Book holder and accompanied by copies of the relevant pages (front cover and page showing House Master) of the Blue House Book.

I'd guess it depends on the Immigration Office, but do they need to accompany you?

@Chris *****
talk to your land lord and check with your immigration office on what's required. There are OVER 80 offices in the country. Better yet, post on a Hua Hin f/b group, someone will know how it's done and what you need if you're going to file FOR the land lord/owner
