Do I Need to File TM28 for Address Changes When Doing a 90-Day Report?

I have the app for my 90 day. An app for the home owner to do the TM30.

But can't see anything for the TM28. Does this still require a trip to the local immigration?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are doing a 90-day report from the same address, you do not need to fill out a TM28 unless you have moved to a new address. TM28 is only required when changing your residence.

You ONLY fill out a new TM28 when you MOVE addresses. So if you're doing a 90 day report using the same address there is no TM28.

Unless you happen to live in Phuket or Division 6 down in the south of thailand :(

I don't even think they require a new TM30 filed for in country travel either BUT seeing as you can access the online TM30 program you might as well update it when you get back home.

If your profile is to be believed and you're actually IN Khueang Nai district of Ubon Ratchathani. The answer is NO they aren't having anyone do TM28;'s up there unless you MOVE to a new address permanently
