TLDR : Answer Summary
The process for notifying Jomtien immigration about a change of address requires filing a TM30 form, not a TM28. The TM30 must be filed within 24 hours of moving to the new residence. If your condo is managed by a real estate agent, they can file the TM30 online on your behalf. In this case, ensure to get a printout of the filing confirmation for your records. Jomtien immigration offices have not recognized the TM28 form for over 2.5 years, only using the TM30 for address notifications.

As
@Ron ******
correctly pointed out in Jomtien you do NOT file a TM.28 change of addres form but instead file a TM.30 (alien in residence) within 24 hours of taking up your new residence ..

Jomtien immigration DO NOT use or recognise the TM28. They haven't for the best side of 2.5 years. They use the TM30 ONLY and for both, change of address and notifying of an address.

(y) Good one, I'd forgotten they quit using that form down there and went instead to the TM.30.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. So I will only need to go myself for my next 90 day report.

One report is enough, or online by the RE agent or in person by the RE agent, or by yourself.

I need to check that. Assuming they are I still need to go to JOMTIEN immigration within 24 hours right? What do I take with me then?

If the RE agent is registered and can do on line reporting, than yes. The most easy way.

So if I understand you... the RE agent should do an online TM30 report and give me a copy?

Than the real estate agent who manage the condo can make the report or youself.
