correctly pointed out in Jomtien you do NOT file a TM.28 change of addres form but instead file a TM.30 (alien in residence) within 24 hours of taking up your new residence ..Ron *******
Jomtien immigration DO NOT use or recognise the TM28. They haven't for the best side of 2.5 years. They use the TM30 ONLY and for both, change of address and notifying of an address.

If the RE agent is registered and can do on line reporting, than yes. The most easy way.
