Non O based on retirement issued at Lopburi Immigration and permission to stay based on monthly remittance renewed there multiple times.

I am intending to move to Hua Hin area (although possibly within range of Prachuap KhiriKhan Immigration). Rented accomodation.

I won't be living with family there. What documents do I need to register my presence and update my 90 day renewals with the new Immigration Office?

(My expectation is Rental Agreement plus Yellow House Book plus the landlord providing a TM30, but prepared to be surprised..........)

I am renting a villa, month to month, and my landlord told me I have to notify him name and phone number of visitors. Is that really a Thai government requirement? Or just an over zealous landlord?
