31 months ago I moved to my current condo from a big silom hotel. In those days I filled in a TM28 at CW and have the confirming slip. I haven't been anywhere since that date. I have managed to assemble all the relevant documents from my landlady, who can't believe what she is being asked to do. Anyway, I will now submit everything by mail. Will the TM28 suffice as proof of my address allowing them to issue a new TM30?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is asking if their TM28 form will be sufficient proof of address for the issuance of a new TM30, as they have not moved since submitting the TM28 31 months ago. They also mention preparing documents from their landlady for submission by mail.
