What do I need to apply for a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Thailand for my coaching business?
Hey! I am looking at the new DTV to move out to Thailand. I am a start up company based around coaching on the financial markets and my own personal coaching business. Is there any guidance on what I need for this visa and the best to apply ? Many thanks 😁
Answer summary
The Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) requires applicants to demonstrate they have a legitimate remote business with clients located outside of Thailand, along with having 500,000 THB in savings. It is important to confirm specific requirements by contacting the Thai embassy where you intend to apply, as procedures may vary. Note that DTV holders are not permitted to service clients based in Thailand.

You wont be allowed any clients in Thailand under the DTV though.

You should contact the embassy you will apply from as embassies differ in approving applications. Basically show you have a legit remote business with clients from outside Thailand and 500k THB saved

Thankyou very much! Do you know if that’s the only main thing I need 500k baht or do I need a certain monthly income?Andi ***********
