I am a Bangladeshi applicant currently in the process of obtaining a Thailand Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) via the medical route. However, I am facing difficulties in completing the visa fee payment through the online system. I have attempted multiple times, but the website seems to have technical issues.
I have already reached out to the Royal Thai Embassy in Bangladesh via email and phone, but unfortunately, I have not received a response.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance on alternative payment methods or any steps I should take to resolve this issue. If there is any other way to proceed, such as paying through a different platform, bank transfer, or in-person payment, kindly let me know.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, a Bangladeshi applicant for the Thailand Digital Nomad Visa (DTV), is encountering difficulties with online visa fee payment due to technical issues on the Thai Embassy's website. Despite outreach to the Royal Thai Embassy, they have not received a response. Community advice includes seeking alternative payment methods, such as using another country's embassy for the application or having someone outside of Bangladesh assist with the payment process.
Hey, Bengali here. Can’t apply thru the bangladeshi embassy. You have to go to another embassy on the list, I suggest ML or Vietnam as they seem to be the easiest to deal with. You might also require someone outside the country to do the payment for you via card or do it with cash in person at one of the suggested.
I am trying 12 days before and failed. The embassy know the matter and not getting any action. There daily target 400 payments are fulfilling everyday. So, they have no headache about this issue. Meanwhile Ceylon Bank and some stupit IP hackers are paying collaborating each other. They are paying with high internet speed with own creating IP to payment system. As a result, they are taking more money from some agencies and individuals.
