ORIGINAL POSTERI am a Bangladeshi applicant currently in the process of obtaining a Thailand Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) via the medical route. However, I am facing difficulties in completing the visa fee payment through the online system. I have attempted multiple times, but the website seems to have technical issues.
I have already reached out to the Royal Thai Embassy in Bangladesh via email and phone, but unfortunately, I have not received a response.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance on alternative payment methods or any steps I should take to resolve this issue. If there is any other way to proceed, such as paying through a different platform, bank transfer, or in-person payment, kindly let me know.
