Applying for 90 day non o visa based on marriage from the UK Thai embassy. When it is issued I have 90 days to enter Thailand from the date on the email, so as long as I enter Thailand within 90 days I get a 90 day stamp.

Eg Visa email received 1st Oct 24 enter Thailand 1st Nov24 immigration stamp will be approx end Jan25.

Am I correct?

Advice/share of experience from anyone with experience of having a baby in the uk to a Thai father whilst unmarried would be gratefully received.

Thai embassy uk wants a FCDO certified paternity test for a birth certificate here. The embassy said that it is much easier to get the birth certificate here in the uk than Thailand. Anyone any experience of doing it in Thailand and what's involved?

The embassy said that he would need to enter on an non o visa and would need a DNA test in Thailand too, or we need to marry or just wait until he's seven...

His father is really disappointed that he doesn't have Thai nationality. We were going off the information on the embassy website which just says 'one Thai parent' and took all the correct documents only to be told that that one Thai parent has to be female.

Hi all hoping to go to Thailand again this November on O/A multi entry l year. Based in the UK l was told on the grapevine the as well as the listed requirements, l would also have to give flight details and compulsory 12 month insurance is this the case or not if yes is there anything else l would need to do. Would l be required to send any documents ie passport at any stage to Thai UK embassy. If successful granted what is the time scale l would have to use as l say planning to go middle November. Thanks for any advice

What is the quickest way to obtain a 60-day tourist visa for Thailand (that I can extend for additional 30 days once in Thailand)? I live in UK [but 4 hours drive from London embassy].

Hi all. Am in London trying to apply for a visa online and getting nowhere. They don't reply to emails and no one picks up the phone obvs. Anyone done it recently? Main question is do I need to shell out for the flights and hotel up front before I get the visa and the CofE? Also they are asking for site of visas I have used over the last twelve months (I haven't) and proof of ID of the person inviting me to stay in Thailand (am in a hotel). Just a simple 60 day tourist visa is all I need. Driving me nuts.

London E visa application.

This is a copy from another place regarding an application for an O-A visa in London.

I think they are asking regarding the proof of income of where it's actually coming from. Just be aware if your applying using the 65k a month method that you may have to provide some back up evidence to show your getting income every month.

I am in the uk at the moment applied for an online Non 0-A

submitted all the required docs

Barcode doc they snt me

Medical cert

Police clearence report

Declaration form

Passport

10 UK pounds cash

Return envelope

6 months bank statements showing that i have a income of more than the required 65000THB

Then this morning got a email back saying see below

Dear Applicant,

on hold:

Do you have other bank account to prove your saving? At this time your account has money in and out and not the fixed income so please submit more details at visa@thaiembassyuk.org.uk SUBJECT: (Blanked this out)
