What is the quickest way to obtain a 60-day tourist visa for Thailand while living in the UK?
What is the quickest way to obtain a 60-day tourist visa for Thailand (that I can extend for additional 30 days once in Thailand)? I live in UK [but 4 hours drive from London embassy].
Answer summary
The quickest way to obtain a 60-day tourist visa for Thailand from the UK is to apply for an e-visa online. This process eliminates the need to visit the embassy or mail your passport. You can complete the application electronically, and upon arrival in Thailand, the visa will be stamped in your passport. Make sure to follow the guidelines provided on the UK Thai Embassy website and remember to save your progress during the application if you encounter questions you cannot answer immediately.
