TLDR : Answer Summary
The post questions whether a 660 THB insurance policy is adequate for the Thailand Pass, or if a 1,100 THB policy is necessary. Several comments clarify that the Thailand Pass is no longer required after July 1, 2022, and suggest checking the specific details of the insurance policy for any waiting periods. One commenter shares their experience entering Thailand with a different insurance policy, indicating that lower-cost options may also be valid.
last week Friday my partner & I entered Thailand by land with a ฿650 30day insurance which we found on the Thai pass website. We purchased this insurance on Tuesday evening made the payment immediately and it activated the day before we arrived in Thailand.
still hasn’t been published in the Royal Gazette yet, which will make it law then. Still Thailand pass and insurance is currently required.

Is this the one that has the 14 day wait period?
If you're doing it for Thailand Pass which is no longer required after July 1st, then that means you are entering before then. Double check to see if this is the policy with the 14 day wait period, and if so then it won't work since it won't be in effect before then.
7 days if not vaccinated but I am fully vaccinated
What concerns me is that the cheaper one says that it does not cover medical expenses due to accident and sicknes including covid but it says that covers medical treatment due to covid infection during the trip
