Hi is anyone aware of a Thai Insurance Company that will allow you to Purchase a Domestic Health Insurance Policy on a DTV? I've looked at a few companies and they all seem to require you have a LTR, OA or OX Visa.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses options for purchasing domestic health insurance in Thailand for holders of a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV). AXA offers a policy called Essential Care that is available directly online without needing an agent. Pacific Cross is another option for DTV holders. Additionally, CheckDi is mentioned as a price comparison site for finding insurers that cater to DTV. It's noted that as the DTV is relatively new, not all insurers may have updated their policies online, so contacting them directly for confirmation is advised.

DTV is quite new, so perhaps they haven’t updated their websites yet, so ask them by email or phone.

AXA do a policy called Essential Care, popular for DTV holders. (A lot of the other insurers don’t accept DTV). No need to go through an agent with this policy and can buy it directly online.
