I have a 1 year AO visa multiple entry and I reported the 90 days online. All worked well. I left Thailand mid April via Suvarnabhumi Airport. Before I went through Immigration I asked an officer if I needed a re-entry stamp or document but he lead me to the Thai immigration row. I got the usual stamp showing that I've exited Thailand. I would think that there's no further 90-day reporting required since I'm back home in Europe but last week I've received an email where they reminded me to report the 90 days. How is that possible when I have left the country? What should I do?

Also it's a bit unclear what to do on the website as there's no mention of notifying them that I'm abroad. And what's the usual thing to do when I stayed in Thailand? Should I then click on 'New Application TM47' each time I have to report?

Thx

Hi everyone, am planning on applying for AO visa, and started the process. How do I get a letter of endorsement from Thailand board of Investment? Do I need go do something on this website [members only]/

I also noticed medical certificate required saying I'm free of diseases. Is there a template for this and can the local GP sign it?

I live in Nakhon Phanom, I want to open a Kasikorn or Bangkok bank account but I am finding it very difficult, they're asking for a guarantee letter from the UK embassy in Bangkok. I'm on an AO visa. Any advice would be appreciated, even info on the letter and how to get it.

Thanks

Hello everyone i have been reading the posts and hope that some of the very knowledgeable people here can help me.

I will be arriving in May with my husband and infant children on an AO visa based on age. My first question is after how long do i have to be in the country before we can apply for the retirement visa?

My second question is does anyone have an idea how long the process is to obtain the retirement visa?

I thank you in advance for your help.

I have a one year Multiple Entry AO visa Australian passport obtained from Thai consulate in Sydney. I realise this can effectively be pushed out to two years, as each time I enter Thailand I am given a 12-month stamp. My question is, as I need to return to Australia every three months (for approximately two weeks, for personal business), does this mean my visa will be effective for only 15 months, as once the visa expiry has passed, and I am outside of Thailand I will not be allowed back in, irrespective of what date is shown on the last entry stamp? Logic suggests this is the case, but I wanted to be sure this is how it operates. Thank you

Just a quick question.. it is correct to say that if you have an 'O' visa based on retirement, you have to show an income of a minimum of 45000B per month to extend it, where as if you have an AO visa based on retirement from your own country ,then you must show a minimum of 65000B per month to extend it.. ? Thanks
