Hello everyone! Has anyone had any experience using thai general insurance association insurance to apply for a tourist visa?

I can't find their policy anywhere online, I would greatly appreciate any information!

Just got email from RTE DC stating my AXA Insurance Certificate (O-A Visa) needs to have 3 officers signatures because it’s a “Foreign Insurance Company”. Can someone please post or send me a PM of a copy of their AXA Insurance Certificate?

I’m confused. AXA is clearly listed under the TGIA (Thai General Insurance Association) website...which the RTE DC provides a direct link to on the RTE DC website.
