Hello,

I’ve had conflicting information about extending to a one year visa with two children. I am the only parent in Phuket. Is it correct that I only need 500,000 in my Thai bank account for 30 days prior to applying? ( I’ve been told 1mill, but that doesn’t seem right).

I'm an English teacher and It's my first teaching job in Thailand. My Visa expires in late November and I plan to switch jobs. Any advice on the timeline? When should I start applying, will I have to leave the country etc. Thanks 😊

My Son works in Iraq

He is on an 8 week rotation so visits Thailand for 2 weeks every 8 weeks.

Is he required to file TM30? He usually stays in airbnb's or hotels.

Has UK and Australian passports. Given recent tightening of TM30 rules I'd like to know for sure. Jomtien immigration would be where he would need to go if required. He only stays 14 days. Then returns to Iraq. He always has forward travel. Not necessarily a confirmed booking for accommodation. Cash not an issue.

Thank you.

I'm sorry if this question is repetitive for you guys, but I really appreciate the Help!
